DMC inspects the complaints received through JNTUK–eTicket and do all the minor repairs.

DMC maintains systems and servers for various purposes. DMC also involves in Systems purchase for various units of JNTUK.

The desktop computer systems purchased will run a Suitable Operating System and integrate with required hardware. The desktop computer systems will be purchased as standard desktop system bundle. Server systems will be compatible with all other computer hardware in the University.
