Please follow below guidelines carefully, before filling Application. Your are required to fill all appropriate fields.

- Fields marked by asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Please Enter Name as per the SSC ,Use CAPITAL LETTERS only
- Please Enter Father/Mother Name as per SSC
- Please Enter Date of Birth in the mm/dd/yyyy (month/date/year) format.
- Please Select Proper gender.
- Please Mention Nationality in required field.
- Please Enter complete address and the details of Town/City/District, State/Union Territory, and PINCODE are mandatory.
- Please Enter valid own Mobile number. Please keep it active, at least until the admission process is complete, as all communication will be sent through SMS.
- Fill Enter Alternate Mobile Number
- Please Enter valid Email id. Please keep it active, at least until the admission process is complete, as all communication will be sent through SMS.
- Please Fill the Deatils like Passport Details, Passport Number , Date/Place of issue correctly.
- Please Upload image passport size colour photograph, Before proceeding with the upload, make sure the image file meets any specified requirements. These requirements may include file type (e.g., JPEG, PNG), maximum file size, and dimensions. Ensure that your image file complies with these specifications.
- Self Attested copies of Date of birth, 10th Class or Equivalent, Intermediate (10+2 or Equivalent).
- Self Attested copies of Marks memos of 10 th Class, Intermediate (10+2).
- The applications duly filled in and complete in all respects together with necessary enclosures (documents) including Online Payment receipt, mentioning the programme applied.
- Applications received after the due date and incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- The University reserves the right to make alterations in the intake and rules for admission.
- If it is detected that a candidate has been admitted due to any mistake made inadvertently in the processing of Applications and during the admission stage, the University reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage.
- Admission will be closed within one month of the commencement of the first semester class work irrespective of the Vacancies.
- If any dispute concerning admissions in the courses of JNTUK arises, the jurisdiction shall remain with the Courts in Kakinada only and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
- The University will not be responsible for postal delay or loss in transit.
